Terms and Conditions for Pre-Sale Items

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to any pre-sale purchases made on iconic.store ("we," "our," "us") for products that are not yet in stock but are available for purchase prior to their official release ("Pre-Sale Items"). By placing a pre-sale order, you ("Customer," "you") agree to these Terms in their entirety. Please read them carefully before completing your pre-sale order.
1. Pre-Sale Item Availability
Pre-sale items are products that are not yet available for immediate shipment but are available for purchase in advance. The estimated release date and shipping date are provided on the product page. These dates are approximate and subject to change.
2. Payment for Pre-Sale Items
When you place an order for a pre-sale item, you agree to pay the listed price at the time of purchase. Full payment is required at the time of the order. Your payment will be processed immediately, and a receipt will be sent to your provided email address.
3. Shipping and Delivery
- Estimated Delivery Date: The estimated shipping date for pre-sale items is provided on the product page. This date is subject to change depending on various factors, including but not limited to, manufacturer delays or production issues.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for pre-sale items will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delayed Shipping: While we will make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances, including manufacturer delays, supply chain disruptions, or other external factors.
4. Cancellations and Modifications
- Order Cancellations: Pre-sale orders are considered final and non-cancellable once payment has been processed. In the event of a cancellation request, we will make efforts to accommodate it, but cancellations are not guaranteed.
- Product Modifications: If you need to change the details of your pre-sale order (e.g., shipping address), please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that modifications can be made after your order has been processed.
5. Refunds and Returns
- Refunds: Pre-sale items are only eligible for a refund if the item is not shipped within 30 days of the estimated shipping date. After that period, we will provide a full refund only if the item is defective or not as described.
- Returns: Pre-sale items are subject to our standard return policy once they have been shipped. All returns must be in unused, original condition with packaging intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
6. Product Descriptions and Changes
We make every effort to ensure that the descriptions, images, and specifications of pre-sale items are accurate and up-to-date. However, product details (e.g., design, color, specifications) may change before the official release. In such cases, we will notify customers if significant changes occur. By purchasing a pre-sale item, you accept the risk of such changes and agree that we are not responsible for any modifications made after your purchase.
7. Pre-Sale Product Limitations
- Quantity Limits: We may impose a limit on the number of pre-sale items that can be purchased per customer to ensure fair distribution of products.
- Product Availability: Pre-sale items may be subject to limited stock availability. Once our pre-sale inventory is sold out, we may not be able to fulfill additional orders. If we cannot fulfill your order, you will receive a full refund.
8. Risk of Loss
Once pre-sale items are shipped, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to you, the customer. We recommend that you track your shipment and notify us immediately if any issues arise during transit.
